1.first download bittorent http://www.bittorrent.com/ 

2.install bittorent in your computer

3.after installing go to http://www.4shared.com/file/0GrIGJuN/gta-3-android.htm

4.download it through the bittorent

5.When finished open its containing folder

7.install WINRAR

8.EXTRACT the GTA 3 file

9.put the com.rockstar.gta3 file into the ANDROID/DATA

10.put the apk file into the SD CARD

11.Install it

12.open GTA 3 

13.when theres an icon pop out that says download additional file dont download it 

14.click the home button and open your nottification bar and click running gta 3
